看了mao的几个专访,真的不得不赞叹她真的是一个很美好、很纯粹的人,在演艺圈里难得有这样有内涵的年轻女演员了。我自己是特别喜欢和佩服为了梦想一直努力,但是又不放弃学业的,有自己的坚持的人。我自己就是这样的人,可以体会到mao当初的事业学业兼顾的辛苦,但又因为有所坚持,而不放弃的决心。我曾经也有过这种,“为了维持好成绩,当别人睡觉的时候,我就努力学习,只睡1、2个小时也没问题”这样的想法。

シュークリーム専門店「ビアードパパ」が、夏季限定商品『ジェラートシュー』(税込160円)の販売を5月から順次スタートする。同商品は毎年人気のひんやりスイーツで、販売期間は9月末までの予定。

 ジェラートに合わせて開発されたオリジナルのシュー生地を使い、サクサクと歯切れのよさとリッチなうまみは専門店ならでは。フレーバーはミルクバニラ、いちご、抹茶、ショコラ、ピーチの5種類。

 毎年1番人気のマダガスカル産最高級バニラをたっぷり使用したリッチな「ミルクバニラ」、濃厚な甘酸っぱさの「いちご」、本格的な渋みが効いた「抹茶」、すっきりした甘さで夏にもうれしい「ショコラ」、フルーティな香りが広がる「ピーチ」と豊富なバリエーションが揃っている。夏の気候に合わせて作られたジェラートはのど越しがよく、暑い夏でもさっぱりと食べることができる。

Beard Papa's (ビアード・パパ?) is an international chain of cream puff stores started in Japan by the companyMuginoho Co., Ltd. (株式会社麦の穂?). Their slogan is "Fresh and natural cream puffs". Beard Papa's has over 250 stores in Japan and 300 worldwide.
Their trademark product is a choux pastry shell filled with whipped cream custard, available in vanilla, chocolate, and specialty flavors such as green tea, strawberry, Nutella, Limoncello, coconut creme, Black Sesame, Cheese, Almond cream, Azuki bean, Pineapple, Matcha Azuki, Durian, Hazelnut, Apple Cinnamon, Hazelnut, Cookie and Creme, Key Lime Pie, Banana, Piña Colada,Dulce de leche, mango, pumpkin, S'moreEarl Grey tea, éclair, and coffee. History
The first Beard Papa's was opened in 1999 by Yuji Hirota in Osaka, Japan with the motto Pipin' Hot Cream Puffs. Since its beginnings Beard Papa's has grown considerably expanding outside of Osaka and Japan to Australia, Canada, China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The company opened a flagship outlet, its first in Europe, in London's Oxford Street in December 2006. This closed in 2010.
In June 2008, Beard Papa's was ranked "Wired" by Wired Magazine, the magazine's highest rating, above "Tired" and "Expired".
The Beard Papa character appeared in the 2012 Disney animated film Wreck-It Ralph and was voiced by John DiMaggio.[5]

A Japanese Company has Invented a Disappearing ‘Water Cake’ that Must Be Eaten in 30 Minutes

Not that long ago, American palates were swept up by the invention of a certain hybrid pastry that led to hours-long lines just to try a bite. Remember that? For not a small amount of time, it seemed like the Cronut represented some sort of apex of dessert creation, for which Dominque Ansel received lots and lots of attention.
But now, in the year 2015, we’ve discovered a whole new dessert onto which we’re willing to transfer our obsessions.
Enter the “water cake,” known in its native Japan as the mizu shingen mocha, a cake that looks exactly like a giant drop of water and is indeed made from water from the Southern Japanese Alps, which has been “solidified just enough to give it a shape,” according to Rocket News 24. Made by the Kinseiken Seika Company, the cake is a “variation” on the company’s classic shingen mochi cake.
The water cake is available at only two Kinseiken shops in Yamanashi Prefecture.

However, the cake is a fleeting masterpiece that must be consumed in 30 minutes before it disappears. According to the Rocket News 24 taste test, “it was very soft, and the cake itself tasted like sugar-flavored jelly, but the flavor of the kinako powder and brown sugar was quite strong and seemed to overwhelm the taste of the cake.”

抹茶の葛餅『ほろり』

暖かい日が多くなり、冷菓が美味しく感じられる季節になってきましたね。

先日、事務所で打ち合わせをした時に頂いた和スウィーツ。





京都の抹茶を使った葛餅『ほろり』。
名前の通り、口の中に入れるとほろりと崩れ、すぅーっとすぐに溶けてなくなってしまうほどの柔らかさ!

抹茶の香りが上品で優しい甘さがとっても美味しかったです
新緑の季節にいただいた和みデザートのご紹介でした🎵

Homemade Avocado Ice Cream

This ice cream is so easy to make, and it uses local fruit to boot. Stored in the freezer, it can keep for up to a month—that is, if you can stop the kids from finishing the whole batch in one go. 

Makes about half a gallon 
Prep Time 15 minutes (plus freezing time)

3 to 4 ripe avocados
1 (300-ml) can condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup almonds, chopped

1  Slice avocados in half and remove pits. Scoop out flesh and place in a bowl; mash using a fork.

 Add condensed milk, heavy cream, and milk. Stir in almonds. 

 Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for a few hours or until thoroughly chilled.

4  Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's directions. 

 Transfer to a container and place plastic wrap on the surface of the ice cream. Cover with a lid and freeze for 5 hours or longer before enjoying.
