Jo Jo's buttery fettuccine recipe



Ingredients
    • 1 box spinach fettucine
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 cup white wine
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • Garlic salt
    • 1 handful basil
    • Oregano to taste
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Preparation
  • Melt butter in a saucepan.

  • Stir in the other ingredients and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Cook and drain fettuccine according to package instructions.

  • Mix sauteed ingredients into cooked fettucine.
