I watched Fury for the first time tonight and loved his performance in it. To me, he sold the part. Thinking back on movies like, Troy, Benjamin Button, Legends of the Fall, Inglorious Bastards, and on and on and on... he has given riveting performances and truly is a great actor. We once lobbied for Leo... why not for Brad? I hope in the near future, he gets his.
should've won for moneyball
I think he deserves the meme hype more than Leo. He's had a number of fantastic dramatic roles but in films like Burning After Reading he solidifies himself as more than the typical eye candy character.
I lIke Leo but feel like Pitt very naturally immerses himself, that makes him a great actor.
Brad Pitt is a great actor. His standout was Twelve Monkeys.
Welp, I guess someone has to take Leo's place of "Why hasn't he won an Oscar yet".

A River Runs Through It, Moneyball, Fight Club, 12 Monkeys, and True Romance are the movies that are in my opinion where he's been at his best acting. For the above, he's as deserving an Oscar as anyone out there.
Wow never really thought of it but this is so true. Brad Pitt is by far one of the best actors of the time.
It seems like there is a deliberate attempt to destroy Brad. Time, Inc. outlets like People Magazine and Entertainment Tonight are gallingly biased. Every time the divorce comes up they beat the child abuse dead horse. It's always "poor Angelina" and how she is "protecting" the kids. Gimme a break.
It's bad enough that the presidential politics are so sleazy. THEN DON'T LET IT HAPPEN.IT'S ALL IN THE MIND. IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT SHE IS THE ONE GETTING DESTROYED IN HER DIRTY GAME SHE'S THROWING SMEAR CAMPAIGN ONE AFTER ANOTHER BUT IT'S LIKE A BOOMERANG IT'S JUST ALL COMING BACK TO HER.
I really liked "Meet Joe Black," and thought he was great.
I can't think of a movie where he hasn't done a good job.
He's amazing in Snatch and 12 Monkeys as well.
