There's more good news for Brad Pitt in his custody fight with Angelina Jolie over their six kids.
On Tuesday, the FBI announced that the bureau's investigation into an alleged incident on board a private jet in September said to involve the actor and his teen son Maddox has been closed.
'The FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation. No charges have been filed in this matter,' the statement read.
Earlier this month, the LA County Department of Children and Family Services also cleared the Hollywood star of child abuse after an exhaustive investigation.
Social workers interviewed Brad, Angelina, the kids and witnesses on the plane before determining there was no case to answer and closing their investigation.

FBI Closes Investigation Into Brad Pitt Child Abuse Allegations; No Charges Filed

Brad Pitt has been cleared by the FBI of any wrongdoing involving his children and an alleged incident involving his teenage son Maddox, Us Weekly can confirm.
“In response to allegations made following a flight within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States which landed in Los Angeles carrying Mr. Brad Pitt and his children, the FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation,” a statement to Us read. “No charges have been filed in this matter.”
NBC News’ Andrew Blankstein first confirmed the news on Tuesday, November 22, tweeting: “EXCLUSIVE: FBI CLOSING inquiry into allegations involving Brad Pitt & children. NO charges - Source familiar w/ investig. - @NBCInvestigates.”
As previously reported, the FBI was looking into possible child abuse claims after the actor was accused of getting into an altercation with his 15-year-old son Maddox while aboard a private plane in September. Pitt’s estranged wife, Angelina Jolie, filed for divorce from the actor after the alleged incident occurred.
The FBI interviewed Jolie for four hours while agents questioned her over the matter at her Los Angeles home on October 18.
The news comes after the actor was cleared of child abuse allegations by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services on November 9. As previously reported, the DCFS also ruled out any reports of a repeated pattern of misconduct on Pitt’s part.
Earlier this month, Us confirmed that Pitt plans on fighting for joint physical and legal custody of their six children.

(CNN)The FBI has closed an investigation into child abuse allegations against Brad Pitt involving one of his children, an FBI spokeswoman said.
Pitt has six children with actress Angelina Jolie, who filed for divorce in September.
The accusation stemmed from an incident on a private plane, giving the FBI jurisdiction. The incident occurred one day before Jolie filed for divorce.
A source familiar with the situation told CNN in early November that the Los Angeles County Department of Child and Family Services cleared Pitt of wrongdoing after allegations surfaced involving one of his children.
The FBI's Los Angeles bureau confirmed on Tuesday that the investigation had been closed.
"In response to allegations made following a flight within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States which landed in Los Angeles carrying Mr. Brad Pitt and his children, the FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation. No charges have been filed in this matter," FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said in a statement.
A representative for Pitt had no comment.
Jolie is seeking sole physical custody of the couple's children. Pitt has requested joint custody.
For the time being, the children are staying in their mother's custody and have "therapeutic visits" with their father, Jolie's representatives said previously.

The FBI has closed its review regarding allegations made about Brad Pitt and an incident involving his children on an airplane, the agency said on Tuesday.
“In response to allegations made following a flight within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States which landed in Los Angeles carrying Mr. Brad Pitt and his children, the FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation. No charges have been filed in this matter,” the FBI said in a statement.
Pitt was also cleared by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services last month.
The alleged incident involved Pitt and his teenage son Maddox while the family was on a private jet flying from France to Los Angeles, with a stop in Minnesota, on Sept. 14. The DCFS had previously concluded that, while an argument allegedly ended with physical contact, it did not constitute as child abuse. Angelina Jolie’s rep said at the time that the DCFS was “now satisfied the safeguards are put in place that will allow the children to heal.”
The FBI said on Sept. 22 that the agency was “continuing to gather facts” about the incident to determine whether or not a federal investigation was necessary.
Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt in September, citing “irreconcilable differences” as legal grounds. Earlier this month, her rep said she and Pitt reached an agreement in the divorce that granted Jolie custody of all six of their children.

The FBI is no longer investigating Brad Pitt regarding his involvement in an alleged incident with a child aboard a private plane on Sept. 15, E! News has learned.
An FBI spokesperson released the following statement to E! News:
"In response to allegations made following a flight within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States which landed in Los Angeles carrying Mr. Brad Pitt and his children, the FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation. No charges have been filed in this matter."
Earlier this month, Pitt was cleared of child abuse allegations by the Los Angeles Country Department of Children and Family Services.
Back in late October, the FBI visited Angelina Jolie's residence in Malibu for several hours and conducted interviews with all potential witnesses, including some of the former couple's children—Maddox Jolie-Pitt, 15, Pax Jolie-Pitt, 12, Zahara Jolie-Pitt, 11, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, 10, and twins Knox Jolie-Pitt and Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, 8.
E! News reported at the time that they also questioned other witnesses like the flight crew that was on the private plane during the alleged incident.
At this point, Pitt has only seen his children twice since Jolie filed for divorce on Sept. 19, though son Maddox was notably missing. According to an insider, he was "mad at his dad."
Earlier this month, both A-listers made their way back into the spotlight after the family matter.
Jolie appeared in a video for the International Criminal Court in support of a recent policy regarding children.
"Successful prosecution and new legal benchmark, whether at the ICC or elsewhere is part of the long and vital generational effort," she was shown explaining. "That is the light in which I believe the court's new policy on children should be seen."
Meanwhile, Pitt attended a red carpet for his film Allied and stopped to answer a few of his fans' questions.
"Everyone has been really kind out here," he shared before adding, "It's really nice to have all the support."
