So Daily Mail has an article where they actually have the court document filed by Wasser (article titled "Angelina Jolie Accuses Brad Pitt of Impugning Her Character..." comments are closed, naturally, because everyone commenting was tearing Angie to shreds).
Wasser is going to have a major issue in court. The stipulated agreement was a private document that was not to be filed with the court unless enforcement was necessary. In her newest filing, Wasser seems to be claiming that Brad asking for additional time and unsupervised time with the kids (AFTER the change in circumstances of DCFS clearing him) and Brad threatening to file for an access with the courts were breaches of the agreement that allowed them to file it with the court to enforce his compliance.
The problem with that logic is this: a) Brad was still complying with the agreement even as he was rightfully pushing for access to his kids because he had been completely cleared and b) every paragraph of the private agreement has the caveat that it can be changed by agreement of the parties (there goes Angie's claim that she has no control over whether Brad sees the kids) OR AN ORDER OF THE COURT. So filing for a court order for access is not a breach of the agreement either.
Upshot.... Wasser had no justification for violating the kids' privacy and Brad's privacy by filing the stipulated agreement with the court.
Even though Wasser is trying to short circuit the court's consideration of that violation by snarkily agreeing to the sealing of records NOW, Spiegel can use it during the custody hearing as ammunition to show just how faulty Angie's judgement is when it comes to making decisions in the best interests of the kids.

The facts support Brad at every turn. She said he abused the kid(s) but DCFS found no abuse. She said he had HUGE anger issues. DCFS did not think so as they did not order anger management. She said he was abusing alcohol and pot. He voluntarily took drug and alcohol tests (the first on the spot when DCFS showed up on his doorstep) that all came back negative AND DCFS did not order (or even suggest) substance abuse treatment.
The only thing that Brad should regret in this is not keeping the kids with him when they landed in LA. She hijacked them and moved them onto a property (pre-rented, naturally) that he had no right to enter. By doing that, she guaranteed that he would have no access to them until a court forced her to allow it because, DCFS investigation notwithstanding, possession is 9/10ths of the law when two people have equal rights to custody.

I don't see where Brad had any mess to get together. He did sign the temporary agreement before DCFS cleared him because a) he had nothing to hide and no issues that drug and alcohol testing would reveal and b) it was the only way he could see his kids without going to court which he didn't want to do until DCFS cleared him.
I think Brad underestimated her vindictiveness though in that he probably thought that she wouldn't dare withhold his kids once that abuse accusations were proven false. It is a shame but it will come down to a judge ordering her to comply with a joint custody order and threatening her with removing custody from her altogether if she doesn't comply.

She knows she is not going to win in court but she thought she could win in the court of public opinion by making horrible, false charges against Brad and ruining his reputation so that he would back off voluntarily and give her the kids (it worked with BBT after all).

personally this whole thing of her controlling the kids completely to me is very very weird. how can she legally get away with this kind control since Brad was cleared of abuse. there has been no legal documents or legal report for the 12 years he spent with her and as a father one single file of abuse??????? how and why are the legal personnel, social services, and courts allowing her to have all this control and keeping him from his children????? it should be equal til court date and final papers don’t. who and what hold over who is allowing her this right to have 100% control???? money, power and fame so what the children belong legally to both of them. as parents they both have legal rights to the kids. why have the court not stepped up and but in place equal time with the children since they are home schooled. since they can’t i understand it going to court in January but right now the bull of her keeping kids from him to me is not legal with him not being a known child abuse. what about the psychological affect she is causing these children which will have a mental affect for life on each of them. All these stories and all the written statements are all ready out there and affecting these kids. who is leaking to the press mainly the plane. the fight was most likely her telling him she was dumping him. after all all the stories say she waited til last minute to tell him, that’s why she was a head of the game putting her ducks in a row. this is so sad. she wants to destroy him but she is doing a good job on her self as well. these kid will have to listen to these stories for the rest of their life. if she cared so much care of those kids this should have been handled personally out of the news like a soap opera.

The thing I find difficult to understand is why this woman is lauded for misappropriating children (tantamount to child trafficking) from other cultures under the guise of being magnanimous and then holding them to ransom from having access to their father – she’s a sick puppy! This isn't a child welfare case. The court needs to assign a custody evaulator. It's a serious conflict of interest AND unethical for these therapists to be serving in multiple roles. Their only role should be as therapists, not making "recommendation" or "supervising" parent visitation. Only a court appointed evaluator is allowed to make "recommendations". Pitt could go after the therapists licenses for this.

So obvious these therapists are unprofessional, bias & aligned w/1 parent; the worst kind of therapist there are! All ethical therapist recognize the value of both parents having ongoing contact with their kids, no matter what the parents are going through. There is NO way all 6 children are in bone rattling terror of their dad. But this engineered extended separation under prison-like limited visitation is fueling a false perception that their dad has grown devil horns & carries a pitch fork. Parents who've actually a-b-u-s-e-d their dad, are known a-d-d-i-c-t-s & kids are dependents of the court have MORE supervision than Pitt. By now, they've already worked up to at least 4-6 hrs of unsupervised visits 2x wk w/their kids in temp foster care, living w/other relatives,etc. But this is just a divorce case with NO substantiated abuse!

We only have Angie's word that the therapists don't want Brad to see the kids. The agreement though does not ban him from having access to the kids outside their therapy appointments... it only says that the therapists will decide how many therapeutic appointments that they will have together... so it is all Angie that he is being kept from them.

The continued references are on these therapists recommending how much visitation Pitt gets based on the kids fear, which is a conflict of interest. since therapist don't recommend visits. They provide therapy. It's the court's job to assign a therapist, psychologist,etc to perform the type of whole family eval that leads to visitation recommendations. But these therapist wouldn't do the therapy or supervise visits. Jolie isn't deciding visitation. Butthese therapists are, inappropriately aligned with her which is why it's 95% in her favor as if Pitt is an ax k-i-l-l-e-r

When he was with her, the kids had some privacy as to who their doctors were and things like that. Since they have been seperated, Angelina has exploited her own children to get publicity so people would sympathize with her. Brad is just trying to make sure their medical stuff is kept private, as it should be. The problem with the therapist is, Angelina has the kids with her all the time, and there is no telling what she is filling those kid's head with about Brad. They should have equal custody, especially since CPS and the FBI found nothing on Brad.

Brad finally had enough & exposed 'publicly' his wife suffers from Borderline Personality Disorder.

NOT being able to emotionally regulate is a symptom of Borderline Personality Disorder. The characteristics of BPD begin during a traumatized childhood. Their trauma causes them an inability to regulate their emotions. The child does NOT learn how to identify real feelings or regulate emotional stimulation.

BPD is an awful disease & very difficult to recover from. Jolie had the public believing for years she had it under control - yet - choosing to make her children's info public isn't healthy & this choice stems from her disease.

It's pretty sad the children need to cope with their parents suddenly splitting and living in a new environment yet also coping with seeing their split and photographs on every news stand across the planet.

She's done horrible things to her father especially cutting him out of his grandchildren lives. What went down between her father and mother wasn't her business. I'm sure Brad knew this would eventually happen. But lust is powerful and it's obvious he gave her the upper hand. Now he's paying the price. It will get down and dirty it always does.

I was taken by her charity works, but no humanitarian would put her kids in such a miserable situation and public humiliation. Eeverything between her and Brad should have been done privately, but she chose to do it so publicly. sad indeed.

The only thing embarrassing that came out was Brad had to take drugs and alcohol test weekly and only sees his children 4 hours a month WITH a therapist present. Nothing embarrassing about the kids that I know of.

I just don't see how he can get joint custody what-so-ever with so little supervised visitations over three months into this filing.

Joint custody is the default and he will get it... the ONLY hope Angie had was if DCFS believed her lies that he was abusive (and a drug addict and a drunk). They didn't buy any of that so he will get what he has asked for when this goes to court.

What more evidence do you need that he is not abusive and she has been lying all along? DCFS already cleared him... the FBI wouldn't even start an investigation because the evidence that he had done ANYTHING wrong was so completely lacking.

 Jolie filed for divorce then bought a house by her whoremodels the kardashians. Uses the kids for publicity and used brad for emotional support when she was going through treatment of cancer. This is no woman. She's ready to go on a whoring spree with the rest of them kardashians and brad is trying to stop this.

Yet, the parental alienation has begun on her part. She's deliberately ruining their relationship with him, trying to discredit him and remove him from their lives altogether. Very very very despicable behaviour on her part. Will mess those biological children up for life.

No he didn't. he signed an agreement that he at least anticipated would end when he was exonerated... which is exactly when any sane person would have decided their ploy had failed and started cooperating so that she didn't look like an alienator when this finally does get to court.

 Angie is causing trauma and pain to their children in her quest to win. Good parents just don't do that.

Joint with a very stable, loving , structured environment on his end. With lots of personal interaction with him.

You are wrong once again... She claims an agreement had already happened. If it had, it would have been filed with the court and the filing that is the subject of this article would have been sealed so that we would have never heard of it. And if you didn't read her threats, it is because you are blind to anything bad that Angie does.

I think she's getting very very bad advice. This will be irreparable, reputation wise , for her.

I think this is all her and there is just no one around her telling her that she is doing the wrong things.

I admire Brad for trying to protect the children's privacy. As for her? No respect..that ship sailed long ago.

Finally, a slam that is 100% accurate and calls it like it is.  he is certainly the only hope the kids have for any shot of normalcy. I think he has taken the high road throughout this mess, and no doubt he has had good counsel on that, but so much nastiness has been fired at him that I don't know if I could have resisted not firing back. As hard as it must be to resist, she sure is doing a good job of hanging herself. At least he has that to be thankful for.
