There's more good news for Brad Pitt in his custody fight with Angelina Jolie over their six kids.
On Tuesday, the FBI announced that the bureau's investigation into an alleged incident on board a private jet in September said to involve the actor and his teen son Maddox has been closed.
'The FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation. No charges have been filed in this matter,' the statement read.
Earlier this month, the LA County Department of Children and Family Services also cleared the Hollywood star of child abuse after an exhaustive investigation.
Social workers interviewed Brad, Angelina, the kids and witnesses on the plane before determining there was no case to answer and closing their investigation.

I think two things will come out of this divorce. Firstly, Angelina will lose what measure of respect she acquired in the last several years. And secondly, Brad will receive even more respect now than he ever had before.

She has spent 12 years saying what a wonderful man, partner/husband & father he is. Now she tries (and fails) to trash his reputation - and separates him and the children. What on earth is she thinking? It seems she just can't make a family work with someone she has consistently said is a great guy. Her behavior towards him is inexcusable. And she has destroyed the children's security. They will be torn between their mother & father for decades to come.

She has worked many times with her husband in France who is a very well known French actor, he is also a director and producer. They done a film years ago together and it was a beautiful love story absolutely brilliant. She seems to be very much in love with her hubby and we never hear anything bad about either of them here in France they are just a nice couple who keep well out of the limelight. Congratulations on their upcoming second baby. As for Brad he is looking good, shame I thought with Angelina they would be fine since they had their children, such a shame.

Angelina should be ashamed of driving Shiloh to the point of desperation. If she'd handled the split sanely and civilly, her child wouldn't be burdened with the role of truce maker. It IS a burden. It makes the poor kid think she can reunite the couple if she tries hard enough.
I'm quite sure Angie's been told it's best for kids to have regular contact with both parents -- and that regular, reassuring contact is crucial immediately after a split. It's pure BS to pretend she's not letting Brad see the kids for the "health of the family." Even if he's a terrible parent (and I doubt he's worse than she is), the HEALTH of the kids requires regular contact with their father.
It's downright traumatic to just disappear him.

Did it occur to you that Jolie might want sole custody so she can travel freely wherever and whenever she wants with her children? If she and Pitt reach a joint custody agreement, she would be bound by international law (specifically, the Hague Convention) to respect negotiated terms. It's in Jolie's best interest that Pitt takes, say... four years to resolve all of the issues she and her sources have diagnosed him with. By then their youngest children would be 12 and old enough to where a judge might consider their preferences for which parent they want to live with.

Did it occur to you that Jolie might want sole custody so she can travel freely wherever and whenever she wants with her children? If she and Pitt reach a joint custody agreement, she would be bound by international law (specifically, the Hague Convention) to respect negotiated terms. It's in Jolie's best interest that Pitt takes, say... four years to resolve all of the issues she and her sources have diagnosed him with. By then their youngest children would be 12 and old enough to where a judge might consider their preferences for which parent they want to live with.

I thought he was amazing and under-appreciated in the movie, The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. You fear him in one scene; in the other, you understand complex emotions and thoughts without needing much dialogue. Not too many actors can convey this.
You can feel his presence and sternness in the movie, Tree of Life. This is done mainly by his deliberate actions and movements.
And in Burn After Reading, he's a good comedic actor without silly gags or overdoing it.
I don't know too many actors who cover this much range successfully. I must agree with Ratnakar Sadasyulaand say that his good looks cause many to overlook his skill. In my opinion, Brad Pitt is very much underrated as an actor.

“In response to allegations made following a flight within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States which landed in Los Angeles carrying Mr. Brad Pitt and his children, the FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation. No charges have been filed in this matter,” the FBI said in a statement to PEOPLE.
Pitt was in Madrid, Spain today, where he and Marion Cotillard celebrated the premiere of their new WWII spy thriller Allied.
While the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) also concluded its investigation into the incident earlier this month with no findings of abuse, Pitt and Angelina Jolie remain in the midst of a complicated legal battle for custody of their six children. Pitt filed a response to Jolie’s divorce petition on Nov. 4 and asked to share joint physical and legal custody of Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. Jolie has requested sole physical custody, with visitation for Pitt.
Per a temporary recommendation by DCFS, for the past several weeks, the children have been living with Jolie, with supervised visitation for Pitt. But Pitt “has been very unhappy with the arrangement,” a source recently told PEOPLE. “He loves his kids and wants to spend more time with them.”

Pitt has six children with actress Angelina Jolie, who filed for divorce in September.
The accusation stemmed from an incident on a private plane, giving the FBI jurisdiction. The incident occurred one day before Jolie filed for divorce.
A source familiar with the situation told CNN in early November that the Los Angeles County Department of Child and Family Services cleared Pitt of wrongdoing after allegations surfaced involving one of his children.
The FBI's Los Angeles bureau confirmed on Tuesday that the investigation had been closed.

After all this I cannot believe that Jolie didn't organize that phone call to the authorities. Ignoring all the tabloid stories, just the basic facts scream of a parent conspiring to get custody, either out of a need for control or out of anger. She has worked many times with her husband in France who is a very well known French actor, he is also a director and producer. They done a film years ago together and it was a beautiful love story absolutely brilliant. She seems to be very much in love with her hubby and we never hear anything bad about either of them here in France they are just a nice couple who keep well out of the limelight. I love the interview of Brad and Marion. It's easy to see why most of the people who have worked with him have only good things to say. He has a very easy and natural sense of humor that is in no way overbearing. It's nice to see that Brad and Marion clearly have a good friendship and aren't going to hide it just to please Angelina. After all this I cannot believe that Jolie didn't organize that phone call to the authorities. Ignoring all the tabloid stories, just the basic facts scream of a parent conspiring to get custody, either out of a need for control or out of anger. As things stand, the nicest excuse I can come up with for Jolie's behavior is that she genuinely thinks her way is the only way to raise children and anything else is cruel. She has worked many times with her husband in France who is a very well known French actor, he is also a director and producer. They done a film years ago together and it was a beautiful love story absolutely brilliant. She seems to be very much in love with her hubby and we never hear anything bad about either of them here in France they are just a nice couple who keep well out of the limelight. Congratulations on their upcoming second baby. As for Brad he is looking good, shame I thought with Angelina they would be fine since they had their children, such a shame.
