So Daily Mail has an article where they actually have the court document filed by Wasser (article titled "Angelina Jolie Accuses Brad Pitt of Impugning Her Character..." comments are closed, naturally, because everyone commenting was tearing Angie to shreds).
Wasser is going to have a major issue in court. The stipulated agreement was a private document that was not to be filed with the court unless enforcement was necessary. In her newest filing, Wasser seems to be claiming that Brad asking for additional time and unsupervised time with the kids (AFTER the change in circumstances of DCFS clearing him) and Brad threatening to file for an access with the courts were breaches of the agreement that allowed them to file it with the court to enforce his compliance.
The problem with that logic is this: a) Brad was still complying with the agreement even as he was rightfully pushing for access to his kids because he had been completely cleared and b) every paragraph of the private agreement has the caveat that it can be changed by agreement of the parties (there goes Angie's claim that she has no control over whether Brad sees the kids) OR AN ORDER OF THE COURT. So filing for a court order for access is not a breach of the agreement either.
Upshot.... Wasser had no justification for violating the kids' privacy and Brad's privacy by filing the stipulated agreement with the court.
Even though Wasser is trying to short circuit the court's consideration of that violation by snarkily agreeing to the sealing of records NOW, Spiegel can use it during the custody hearing as ammunition to show just how faulty Angie's judgement is when it comes to making decisions in the best interests of the kids.

The facts support Brad at every turn. She said he abused the kid(s) but DCFS found no abuse. She said he had HUGE anger issues. DCFS did not think so as they did not order anger management. She said he was abusing alcohol and pot. He voluntarily took drug and alcohol tests (the first on the spot when DCFS showed up on his doorstep) that all came back negative AND DCFS did not order (or even suggest) substance abuse treatment.
The only thing that Brad should regret in this is not keeping the kids with him when they landed in LA. She hijacked them and moved them onto a property (pre-rented, naturally) that he had no right to enter. By doing that, she guaranteed that he would have no access to them until a court forced her to allow it because, DCFS investigation notwithstanding, possession is 9/10ths of the law when two people have equal rights to custody.

I don't know how she doesn't see how this is not right. I will be curious to see how the Judge reads this. I think her lawyer thought she could bully Brad and hold the S&O over is head. A document that they signed and I really think he did so to show her and the kids he was trying to get his mess together. Now it is being held over his head as some kind of punishment. And that was not the purpose. Because if Brad thought this would not be changed I don't think he would have signed it. Angie will have to face the fact that this will not turn out the way she wants.
I don't see where Brad had any mess to get together. He did sign the temporary agreement before DCFS cleared him because a) he had nothing to hide and no issues that drug and alcohol testing would reveal and b) it was the only way he could see his kids without going to court which he didn't want to do until DCFS cleared him.
I think Brad underestimated her vindictiveness though in that he probably thought that she wouldn't dare withhold his kids once that abuse accusations were proven false. It is a shame but it will come down to a judge ordering her to comply with a joint custody order and threatening her with removing custody from her altogether if she doesn't comply.
She knows she is not going to win in court but she thought she could win in the court of public opinion by making horrible, false charges against Brad and ruining his reputation so that he would back off voluntarily and give her the kids (it worked with BBT after all).
She forgot though that HE is the only thing that has given her a patina of non-crazy since they hooked up. She also seemed to forget that her accusations would have to be investigated by impartial people and not her yes-men. DCFS and the FBI have both cleared Brad and she has lost any pretext of not being evil for separating him from his kids. She is going to lose when this gets to court.
One thing that bothers me is how some fans discount the investigation. They claim that Brad is hiding something and Angie could tell what it is. But they don't see how that is wrong. Angie, Brad and the kids know what happened. Why does the outside world need to know. We don't. And our knowing would only hurt the kids. Brad has been silent this whole time. I don't like Wasser. I think two things will come out of this divorce. Firstly, Angelina will lose what measure of respect she acquired in the last several years. And secondly, Brad will receive even more respect now than he ever had before.

They done a film years ago together and it was a beautiful love story absolutely brilliant. She seems to be very much in love with her hubby and we never hear anything bad about either of them here in France they are just a nice couple who keep well out of the limelight. Congratulations on their upcoming second baby. As for Brad he is looking good, shame I thought with Angelina they would be fine since they had their children, such a shame.

Angelina should be ashamed of driving Shiloh to the point of desperation. If she'd handled the split sanely and civilly, her child wouldn't be burdened with the role of truce maker. It IS a burden. It makes the poor kid think she can reunite the couple if she tries hard enough.
I'm quite sure Angie's been told it's best for kids to have regular contact with both parents -- and that regular, reassuring contact is crucial immediately after a split. It's pure BS to pretend she's not letting Brad see the kids for the "health of the family." Even if he's a terrible parent (and I doubt he's worse than she is), the HEALTH of the kids requires regular contact with their father.
It's downright traumatic to just disappear him.

What pisses me off about this is the amount of resources wasted that could have saved the lives of kids who were in real trouble. I think of all news stories over the years about a child found tortured and killed, despite numerous reports to CPS asking for help, and no one ever answers. No CPS involvement, and certainly no FBI investigation. Just another poor, dead kid.
Because they don't have enough well trained social workers to handle the caseloads.

I got to see today. This is one class movie. Great acting, angle photography was perfectly done. It really feels that you are living in the 1940's WWII era. And an awesome story.

Just saw Allied. Wonderful way to spend Thanksgiving afternoon, and a wonderful addition to Zemeckis' oeuvre - he's been one of my directing idols since I was a teenager! Thanks to the fantastic staff at @ipictheaters Pasadena for making it an even better experience.

Brad has rights as a father to see his kids. Angelina is a very controlling person and shouldn’T be in charge of those kids.

Hopefully Brad spends thanksgiving with family and friends that love him, but I’m sure it will be absolutely heartbreaking to not spend it with his kids.
I guarantee you she already has her next partner lined up. This is not the behavior of a woman who is putting her children first, she is putting her needs and wants first and that usually happens when someone is anxious to be with their next partner. Sorry, Jolie is disgusting and it speaks volumes that the DCFS and FBI found NO evidence of child a-b-u-s-e, that so many stars have defended Brad, and that Jolie clearly used the private flight as leverage when she'd already leased a hole-up house for herself and the kids long before she filed for divorce but let her camp tell all and sundry that the flight was the reason. The sheer scale of the malice aforethought involved and cruelty of Angelina is breathtaking. To do that to someone who took on your adopted kids, had more with you, and - even now - hasn't come out and told the world what a horror story she is. I hope Brad goes on to live a happy life and his relationship with his kids continues. If I could tell him one thing it would be this: don't for a second think that anyone sane believes the lies Jolie spun. You're a good man and it is known.

If she and Pitt reach a joint custody agreement, she would be bound by international law (specifically, the Hague Convention) to respect negotiated terms. It's in Jolie's best interest that Pitt takes, say... four years to resolve all of the issues she and her sources have diagnosed him with. By then their youngest children would be 12 and old enough to where a judge might consider their preferences for which parent they want to live with.

Anyone who thinks he only stars/plays/whatever in shitty movies needs to GTFO.(Get the fuck out)
I thought he was amazing and under-appreciated in the movie, The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. You fear him in one scene; in the other, you understand complex emotions and thoughts without needing much dialogue. Not too many actors can convey this.
You can feel his presence and sternness in the movie, Tree of Life. This is done mainly by his deliberate actions and movements.
And in Burn After Reading, he's a good comedic actor without silly gags or overdoing it.
I don't know too many actors who cover this much range successfully. I must agree with Ratnakar Sadasyulaand say that his good looks cause many to overlook his skill. In my opinion, Brad Pitt is very much underrated as an actor.
Hates him, watches and knows all his movies enough to list them.

Saw a trailer for this film on Saturday and it looks excellent. Wish I could say the same about the film we went to see. If anyone is thinking of going to see Arrival I'd not recommend it. It's gloomy and totally incomprehensible.
