Ingredients
- 1 box spinach fettucine
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Garlic salt
- 1 handful basil
- Oregano to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preparation
- Melt butter in a saucepan.
- Stir in the other ingredients and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cook and drain fettuccine according to package instructions.
- Mix sauteed ingredients into cooked fettucine.
