(Even a non-celebrity would want this type of thing private, except perhaps to be confidential, except to their close family members or close friends!)
The fact that she WANTS it very public says a lot, to my way of thinking. For instance, she doesn't want her children's private info, such as where they're being treated & the therapists names, private! Who does that?

This isn't a child welfare case. The court needs to assign a custody evaulator. It's a serious conflict of interest AND unethical for these therapists to be serving in multiple roles. Their only role should be as therapists, not making "recommendation" or "supervising" parent visitation. Only a court appointed evaluator is allowed to make "recommendations". Pitt could go after the therapists licenses for this.

I know we can't know what goes on behind closed doors but he's not aware of being recorded during the balcony fight so I think we can assume that this is how he would normally behave. There no aggression, only normal frustration and then a diplomatic exit.

I have been through the same type of custody battle. I had a child with a man that hated to loose, always had have it his way. When I wanted to leave he made me out to be a drug addict and unfit mother. He filed first giving him the upper hand and he too thought he could keep my son away completely, but courts are not likely to do that. Brad should be allowed to see his children! Seems to me when Angelina new she was loosing him she decided to use the one thing she had left to control him with.... the kids. She will do more harm to the kids mentally than he will and I hope the therapist realize it and get her help with her anger and control issues.

I have been through the same type of custody battle. I had a child with a man that hated to loose, always had have it his way. When I wanted to leave he made me out to be a drug addict and unfit mother. He filed first giving him the upper hand and he too thought he could keep my son away completely, but courts are not likely to do that. Brad should be allowed to see his children! Seems to me when Angelina new she was loosing him she decided to use the one thing she had left to control him with.... the kids. She will do more harm to the kids mentally than he will and I hope the therapist realize it and get her help with her anger and control issues.

Shame on Angelina for not putting the children first! No matter the adult issues the children's well being should be first and seeing both parents on Christmas is very important. She needs to stop trying to control the kids and their emotions. It is hard enough for them having their parents divorce, she and her therapist should be helping to support their relationship with their Dad.
