They did conclude their investigation and Brad was completely cleared... of abuse and drug use. That means Angie LIED. Which makes her both a liar and vindictive given that the lies she was telling harmed both the man she said she loved and their children.

And is JOLIE getting tested for drugs? Has SHE yet had psychiatric testing? I don't know why some can't understand that Pitt is dealing with Jolie who we all know is a vindictive Ho who attacked Pitt's ex for 12 years simply because she didn't disappear from her own career when Jolie wanted to step into her life with JA's husband. I am not a Pitt loon, but there is the law and there is common sense when dealing with someone like Jolie. Pitt is following his attorneys' advice and it is good advice. This isn't about today or tomorrow, it is a fight for the future of the next ten years until the twins reach 18. Pitt's attorneys are fighting the fight so that they don't have to keep going back to court every year to make Jolie behave like a human being instead of a rampaging lunatic. We have discussed for years the .....poor parenting of both of them, but mostly Jolie because she was the one most often in the pap walks. IF most of us agree that the kids will have a better chance with Pitt because it would appear that he has the extended family to give the kids a bit more normality, then all the i's have to be dotted now or Pitt and Jolie will always in the next ten years be in court fighting to get some unforeseen problem settled. That would be worse for the kids. Best to work it all out now, take their time and get both of them roped in to a set of rules and conduct that has to be followed as agreed to in a court order.

Usually court papers are released in the press because they're public. Wonder why they're not being included in all the press releases today? Perhaps it takes a few days for the press to obtain them? Meaning I'll believe this when I read the papers.

What saddens me & probably many people is how public they're divorce is & the effects it will have on their children. It appears Angelina is making it more public then Brad beginning with her lawyers public statement; "its for the health of the family." indicating Brad is not healthy for their children. She can attempt to shield them from the papers now yet eventually they're going to read them especially the older children. For those of us with sensitive hearts mine go out to their children especially. If Angelina does get full custody & fulfills the rumors of moving to England - the masses will take Brad's side even more.
